Design a digital product and collateral for an internal program to incentivize employees to refer new talent
Data Gathering
Almost 1200 of Wolters Kluwer's 18,000 global employees participated in user research prior to introduction of the Employee Referral program. Data was collected using employee interviews and surveys with 10-25 questions.
